What is the advantages of multi-stage telescopic cylinder?

 Multi-stage telescopic cylinder is also called multistage hydraulic cylinder or telescopic hydraulic cylinder. It is composed of two or multiple stages of piston cylinder set, mainly composed of cylinder head, cylinder barrel, sleeve, cylinder rod and other parts.

The characteristics of the multi-stage telescopic cylinder are: the working stroke can be very long, and it can be shortened when it is not working. Suitable for installation space is limited and travel requirements are very long occasions, such as tipping truck, telescopic boom crane. When the telescopic hydraulic cylinder is extended step by step, the effective working area decreases step by step. When the input flow rate is constant, the extension velocity increases gradually. When the external load is constant, the working pressure of the hydraulic cylinder increases gradually. The extension of the single-acting telescopic hydraulic cylinder depends on the oil pressure, and the contraction depends on the weight or load. Therefore, it is used for cylinder tilt or vertical rotation.
